Archive conversations

Archive conversations in payever.

The payever Communication App allows you to archive conversations. You can view them later if you want to file an order, review important information, or recall specific details about a conversation. Archive conversations to keep track of your customers and provide them with custom offers.

Users can save chats with individual contacts or groups of contacts. You can also archive offers you are sending to your contacts and customers. Learn how to save your messages and offers in the next sections.

How to access message archiving function:

You can archive your messages and view conversations you have stored for later use in the Communication App.

How to archive conversations:

  • In the Communication App, select a contact for messages you want to archive .
  • Click on the Archive button.

The system starts to archive the messages. If you want to stop archiving messages, click on the archive button again.

  • In the Communication App, select a message you want to archive .
  • Click on the Archive button.

The system archives the selected message.

How to archive personal offers:

  • In the Communication App, select a contact for offers you want to archive .
  • Click on the Archive button.

The system starts to archive the offers. If you want to stop archiving offers, click on the archive button again.

  • In the Communication App, select an offer you want to archive .
  • Click on the Archive button.

The system archives the selected offer, which you can view later.

How to access your archive:

  • In the Communication App, click on the Archived button.
  • Select a message group in the new window.

The system opens a list of all your archived messages. Click on a message to view its content.

Useful Tip: You can invite contacts to payever and import contacts from third-party services or a proprietary database. Then you can archive your conversations right in payever.
