The payever Contacts Application provides functionality to send offers to payever contacts and create personalized offers for your customers and groups of customers. You can send offers to payever contacts to promote your products and services.
How to send offers to payever contacts:
Open your Business Dashboard, click on Apps, and then select Contacts.
The Contacts App screen opens. Your stored contacts and groups of contacts are listed in the Contacts App page.

Click on any customer or customer group and send them an offer by clicking on the Send Offer button in the main tab. Clicking on Send Offer opens a new window where you can customize your offer, add or change products, edit payment and shipping options, and select recipients for the offer.
Enter existing contacts or type an email in the To Contacts field. Use the Add Contacts button on the right to add a contact or group of contacts to your offer.
Select a network to which to send the offer using the To Network menu. Enter subject for your offer in the Subject field.
How to create and customize an offer:
Enter the text of your commercial offer in the text box. Simple text formatting tools are available.
Click in the Add Item field to add a product in the offer. This section is mandatory. You can remove an item by clicking the Remove button below any product added to the list.
Select applicable payment method(s) for this offer by clicking on the Edit Payment Options button. A new screen opens where you can activate or deactivate the installed payment methods. Click on the Enable slider next to a payment option to activate or deactivate the respective payment method. The slider turns green when activated, while grey slider indicates deactivated payment option. Click on Select Payment Options in the upper right to confirm your choice of payment methods.
Select applicable shipping rates for this offer by clicking on the Edit Shipping Settings button. A new screen opens where you can activate or deactivate the available shipping rates options. Click on the slider next to a shipping option to activate or deactivate the respective shipping rate option. The slider turns green when activated, while grey slider indicates deactivated payment option. Click on Select Shipping Options in the upper right to confirm your choice of payment methods.

Save your offer by clicking on Save Draft or send the offer by clicking on Send Offer.
Saved drafts are stored in your Marketing App. Enter your Business Dashboard, click on Apps, and then select Marketing. A new screen opens where all your saved and sent offers are stored.
Useful Tip: You can also send messages to your contacts in payever using the Send Message function.
