How to use payever POS terminal.

Use payever POS functions in your POS Terminal Dashboard. Your POS Terminal Dashboard is available after you install the POS Terminal Application. Install your POS Terminal App through payever App Market.

After you install the POS Terminal App, you can use your POS Terminal Dashboard to create, edit, and operate your POS terminals. Use a POS Terminal to accept credit card payments or get payments on the go.

How to access POS Terminal:

Open your Business Dashboard, click on Apps, and then select POS.

A new screen opens where all your installed POS terminals are listed.

You can open, edit, or delete any POS terminal you have installed.

How to add and activate POS Terminal:

The POS Terminal Dashboard allows you to add new POS terminals. Learn how to add, edit, or delete a POS terminal in payever.

Any POS Terminal should be activated before you can open and operate it. Activate and deactivate a POS Terminal by clicking on the Enable slider next to each POS Terminal. An active POS Terminal displays green slider. A deactivated POS will show grey slider. You cannot open a deactivated POS Terminal.

How to use payever POS and manage functions.

Click on Open to operate a POS terminal. A new window opens where you can check transactions made using a POS. You can login using an employee password or using a PIN code.

Click on Start Financial Check to check a transaction made through a POS terminal. You can check a transaction by entering its Reference Code and total amount of the transaction. Click Next Step to continue.

A new window opens that displays all the available Shipping Addresses. Select a Shipping Address from the list. Click on New Shipping Address to enter a new address. Click Next to continue.

A new window opens that displays options for the selected transaction.

How to grant access to employees to use payever POS:

You can provide your employee(s) with access to POS terminals through the employee functionality in Settings.

Open your Business Dashboard and select Apps. Click on Settings.

Enter the Employee tab and add employee(s).

Grant access to the POS Terminal App using the Enable slider.

Your employee can open and make transactions using a POS terminal. The employee should enter a four-digit Employee Passcode. Each of your installed POS terminals has such a code. Click on the Open button next to any POS terminal and select I’m Employee. A new window opens asking for an Employee Passcode. Enter valid Employee Passcode to continue or Cancel to exit.

After entering a valid Employee Passcode a new window opens where you can enter Reference Code and transaction amount. Click on Continue after you enter the values. A new window opens where you can select a device you will use for this transaction.

Click on Generate in the Generate Passcode field. The system generates a passcode that is sent to the respective POS terminal. Click on Back to POS Terminal to return to the main POS Terminal screen.

Click on Enter PIN Code to use the generated Passcode. A new window opens where you can enter the Passcode or click Cancel to exit. After you enter a valid passcode, a listing of available Shipping Addresses opens in new window. Select a Shipping Address from the list. Click on New Shipping Address to enter a new address. Click Next to continue.

Useful Tip: Activate your payever POS Terminal to operate it. Activate and deactivate a POS by clicking on the Enable slider next to any POS.

Add payever POS to grow your business through POS Terminal functionality.

Add payever POS that is computerized replacement for a cash register. Merchants use POS systems mainly to process credit and debit cards. A point-of-sale terminal also can record and track customer orders, connect to other systems in a network, and manage inventory.

How to access payever POS Terminal:

Enter your Business Dashboard, select Apps, and click on POS Application.

You can create a new POS or edit installed POS Terminals in the POS App.

Click on the Set me up now! button to add payever POS if you have not installed a POS yet..

How to add payever POS:

Enter name for the POS in the POS Terminal name field.

Enter a four-digit employee code in the Employee 4 digit code field.

Add a POS image by using the upload function in the POS image box.

Turn on the POS Terminal by clicking on the Is POS Terminal Active? slider. The selector is green when the POS Terminal is active. It turns grey after you deactivate the POS terminal.

Use the Payment Options for POS Terminal field to activate and deactivate POS payment channels.

Click on the Add POS Terminal button above the list of installed POS terminals to install new POS. The button is available after you have installed a POS terminal.

Click on Open in the main POS Terminals screen to start an installed POS. Use the Enable slider next to any terminal to activate it. You cannot open a deactivated POS terminal.

How to edit payever POS Terminal:

Edit and delete installed POS terminals by clicking on Edit or Delete.

Select the Edit button to change the details of an existing POS terminal.

Click on the Delete button to remove a POS. The system is asking for confirmation. Click Confirm to delete the selected POS terminal or Cancel for exit.

Useful Tip: Activate and deactivate any installed POS terminal by clicking on the slider next to the POS terminal logo. An active POS terminal displays green selector, while grey selector indicates deactivated POS terminal.

How to access payever POS Terminal:

All your installed POS terminals are stored in the POS Application.

Open your Business Dashboard, click on Apps, and then select POS.

The screen of the POS Terminal App opens.

You can grant access to POS terminals to any of your payever employees.

Your payever POS has the following functions:

Physical or e-mail receipts.

Sync your inventory from multiple shops.

Accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Android Pay, Cash, Credit Cards, and more.

Useful Tip: You can add a logo for each of your payever POS terminals.
